As experts note, the art of management originated a long time ago, in ancient times, and went through several stages of development. The science of management in our country was formed in the 90s of the last century. In 1993, in response to the challenges of the time, our university, thanks to the dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Economics Valentin Shevlokov, opened the specialty “Management”. Over the years, teachers have completed a huge amount of work to ensure that highly qualified personnel who successfully engage in management activities emerge from the walls of KBSU. I want to thank the teaching staff of the Institute of Management, Tourism and Hospitality Industry for their painstaking daily work.”
Next, the guests spoke about their achievements in the profession, thereby motivating students for a successful professional career.

Amin Varkvasov noted that studying was quite difficult, but interesting. He expressed gratitude to his teachers for the knowledge they gave him.

“The profession of a manager is very interesting. I am sure that you will never have a Groundhog Day, because managers have to solve a lot of problems, constantly engage in self-education, and learn a lot of new information,” said Amin Varkvasov.
Lalina Kulbaeva spoke about her experience working at Volkswagen and why she became a coach and what role the education received at KBSU played in this. “A manager is about everything. About the fact that you must understand a huge team; You can’t always devote time to your own children, you can’t plan your vacation, you’re ready to perform many tasks at once. But still, this is a very exciting and responsible profession,” says Aksana Karasheva.
The students also received several recommendations from the acting. Director of the Palace of Creativity for Children and Youth:

“In order to constantly have the opportunity to grow, you must not be afraid to be close to those who are stronger than you. You must learn every hour of your life.»
Ramazan Ligidov also shared his story of becoming a professional. The makings of a leader emerged during my student years. He worked his way up from an assistant at the Department of Management and Marketing at KBSU to the director of the Institute of Management, Tourism and Hospitality Industry.

“Everything depends on yourself, on your abilities and your efforts. Go for it, and you will succeed,” he admonished the students.
The speakers answered numerous questions from listeners.
