On October 29 at a thematic lesson with students and teachers of the Institute of Architecture, Construction and Design of the KBSU, which was held as part of the All-Russian Campaign Together with the State National Library named after T.K. Malbakhov held a meeting on new promising technologies applied at the facilities of the heat and power complex of Russia, aimed at improving the industry’s environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.
Associate Professor of the Department of Architectural Design, Design and Arts and Crafts Hazret Guketlov described the energy and resource-saving building materials and technologies, showed effective areas of application in construction. Architect J.M. Shipsheva, currently working at the British firm Zebra Projects in the UAE, spoke about her experience in designing energy-efficient buildings and gave examples of their design and construction in Dubai.
The students of the institute showed a lively interest by asking many questions about the prospects of the industry, modern technologies and opportunities for further employment.
