All-Russian career guidance campaign «Week without turnstiles»

From April 11 to April 17, 2022, the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia will hold the All-Russian career guidance campaign “Week without turnstiles”. In Kabardino-Balkaria, excursions to the production sites of Telemechanika PJSC will be organized, students and schoolchildren will be able to get acquainted with the work of the enterprise. A feature of this form of work is the maximum availability of information and the opportunity to communicate with leading employees and specialists of enterprises.

During the event, participants can see “from the inside” the work of the plant, find out which professions are promising and most in demand. The Kabardino-Balkarian regional branch of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia invites interested educational institutions to participate in the action. For example, in Russia there is a Kruzhkovy movement, the purpose of which is to form an ecosystem that will bring together technology enthusiasts, large companies, state corporations, projects at the intersection of education, science and technology business.
