The baton of the Brazilian carnival was taken up by KBSU
Colorful costumes, outlandish masks, cheerful music, festive illumination… The show competition «Vivat, student! — 2024» was held at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov — the most long-awaited event for students. Its theme was «Brazilian carnival».
The participants literally burst onto the stage and whirled in a dance whirlwind. Seven candidates competed for the title of the best student: «professional football player» Inal Gergov (Institute of Management, Tourism and Hospitality Industry), «batman», «supervolunteer» Azamat Anayev (Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies), Murzabek Zhambeyev and Dana Shogenova (Institute of Law, Economics and Finance), «one-man band» Farida Rzayeva and «parkourer and acrobat» Emir Chechenov (Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Education and Sports Education and Pedagogical College), «athlete, Komsomol member and just a beauty» Miroslava Vasilchenko (Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences).
After the presentation of video business cards, an intellectual competition was held, where the children answered the jury’s questions, demonstrating resourcefulness, ingenuity and a sense of humor.
The Vivatovites really revealed themselves in the creative competition, for which they had been preparing for a month. Each performance was bright and memorable.
The audience did not skimp on thunderous applause, emotionally expressed their admiration.
The jury, which included famous stand-up comedians, artists and bloggers, had a very difficult time choosing the winner. After long debates and discussions, the decision was made.
The winner of the show competition «Vivat, student! — 2024» was the future journalist Miroslava Vasilchenko.
The audience sympathy prize went to Inal Gergov.
The competition was traditionally organized by the KBSU student council.
