On April 4 KBSU staff and students gathered for a traditional iftar
On the last Thursday before the end of the muslim month of Ramadan, on the initiative of the rector Yuri Altudov students and teachers of Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov gathered for a collective iftar.
Everyone was asked to close the fast after sunset. Those gathered were treated to sweets and water. Aromatic Uzbek pilaf was being prepared in special cauldrons while awaiting the meeting participants.
And today, April 5, food packages were given to students without parental care and to employees in need of support.
Iftar has become not only an occasion for warm communication, but also a symbol of unity and solidarity. The holy month once again brought together representatives of different cultures and nationalities in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, demonstrating the importance of mutual understanding in the university community.
