New exhibits transferred to the Museum of History of KBSU
As part of the decade of good deeds dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Komsomol of Kabardino-Balkaria, the chairman of «Hope of Russia» Alena Chernova donated to the Museum of History KBSU named after H.M. Berbekov twenty exhibits related to the history of the educational institution.
Among the exhibits transferred to the museum are a number of materials about a university graduate, Hero of Russia Anatoly Kyarov, as well as a set of genuine awards of the Great Patriotic War period and personal belongings of the communist Alexander Dyachenko, who worked for twenty years at the university as the chief of staff of civil defense.
Also, exhibits related to the prevention of extremism and terrorism among the youth were donated.
«Fruitful communication with the university staff allows us to carry out joint work on the patriotic education of youth in Kabardino-Balkaria, to form the worldview of the young generation of the republic. Through the history of the multinational Kabardino-Balkaria, which has experienced many tragic events, to educate the students’ respect for the historical truth of the country», — noted A. Chernov, transferring the exhibits to the museum.
