Member of the Board of Trustees of KBSU Mukhamed Tsikanov on the problem of global warming

Release date: 03.08.2022

On January 19, 2022, students met with Mukhamed Tsikanov, Doctor of Economics, a member of the Board of Trustees of KBSU, at the Boiling Point site of KBSU. This was reported in a release published on the university website https://kbsu.ru/news/chlen-popechitelskogo-soveta-kbgu-muhamed-cikanov-vstretilsja-so-studentami-vuza/

Talking about the event, the correspondent cited in his own author’s statement one of the speaker’s statements: “Mukhamed Mukhadinovich said that he once supported the ratification of the Kyoto Protocol, an international agreement concluded with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere, however, having thoroughly studied the issue, he came to the conclusion that the problem of global warming does not exist, as well as the problem of the appearance of ozone holes».

Mukhamed Mukhadinovich gave a commentary on this publication at the beginning of August 2022:

»The problem of global warming may exist, but the causes of the phenomenon lie not in what modern economists, financiers, scientists point to: an increase in human economic activity, an increase in anthropogenic pressure on the ecological system Earth, an increase in the proportion of CO2 carbon dioxide in the planet’s atmosphere due to the combustion of fossil fuels as a result of economic activity and an increase in the volume of the 13C carbon isotope.

Mathematical models show the apocalyptic results of the development of events as a result of warming.

It is claimed that the temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere has risen by 0.8 degrees Celsius in 100 years.

Such arguments are false, because the share of CO2 in the total volume of greenhouse gases generated as a result of economic activity is 0.3–0.5%.

The volume of the 13C carbon isotope is also insignificant — the growth is proportional to the growth of CO2.

Mathematical models (numerical or statistical) depend on assumptions, and grants are given to those who develop models that prove the existence of global warming. Therefore, such assumptions are made in order to obtain the desired result.

An increase in atmospheric temperature by 0.8 degrees is unscrupulous speculation with numbers, because. high-precision thermometers appeared half a century ago.

The widespread use of thermometers began about 100 years ago, but more or less reliable statistics on the global temperature change on Earth began to form a maximum of 70–80 years ago. Whether global warming exists or not is debatable.

What is 100 years in the history of the Earth? For 4.5 billion years, there have been various changes on our planet.

Leftist scientists are leading humanity into a dead end.

There are a number of other arguments that are not so meaningful that they could be seriously discussed.

There are ozone holes, but here the problem is the same as that of the globalists. The reason is not what the majority of researchers are now talking about. There may be global warming, but the reason is not what the majority of supporters of this theory point to».
