March 27, on the eve of the holiday of the revival of the Balkar people in the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov was noted by a number of events held in different departments of the university.

So, in the pedagogical college of the KBSU, students and teachers became participants in the literary and musical composition “Let the clan not disappear, may the people live”.

«On this spring day, I want to remember only the good, but it is impossible to forget about the horrors of deportation, about the women, the old people and the children who had to endure, because the male population was at the front’, — said Fatima Appaeva, teacher of the Balkarian language and literature at the Pedagogical College.

Director of the KBSU pedcollege Fatima Ashabokova spoke on the need to preserve the historical memory and tolerant relations with each other.

In honor of the Day of Restoration of Historical Justice, students performed poems by Balkarian authors in different languages. The performance of the composer-songwriter Aishat Tumenova became the decoration of the holiday.

In addition, as part of the celebrations, there was a presentation of a book of poems in the Balkar language «Sun Glare» by the former teacher of the PC at the KBSU, and now TV presenter, the director of the fund named after Kyazim Mechiev Larisa Appaeva.

In the library of the KBSU, students and teachers were given a wonderful concert program “The Long Road to Home” by secondary school students. Janica. Poems and songs of schoolchildren alternated with beautiful dance numbers.
