A lecturer at KBSU gave a lecture for the Russian Guards within the framework of the project “Knowledge. State»

In the Office of Private Security of the National Guard for the city of Nalchik, a meeting was held between the employees of the organization and the lecturer of the Russian Society «Knowledge» — Associate Professor of the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Culture and Sports Education of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov Rakhima Malkarova.

The speaker of the RO «Knowledge» delivered lectures on the formation of team relations and psycho-barriers in personal growth. The listeners got acquainted with the main methods and forms of self-assessment, introspection, as well as with the important aspects that make up the relationship in the team,

Low self-esteem is one of the most common reasons for the inability to succeed in life, to be happy. Therefore, you should not reproach yourself for the mistakes you have made, but you need to love and respect yourself, take care of yourself and engage in self-development of your personality. Achieving goals, positive thinking, the development of memory and intelligence — all this is included in the concept of personal growth. A mature person will have enough knowledge and skills, fortitude and motivation, determination and self-confidence to survive in the most difficult situation,

During the speech, Rakhima Malkarova skillfully alternated bringing information on the topic to the audience with the implementation of practical tasks, which made it possible to win the attention of the audience and involve those present in the discussion.

The director of the branch of the Russian Society «Knowledge» for the KBR is the leading researcher of the Department of Scientific Research and Innovation at the KBSU, doctor of Economics, professor Andzor Dikinov.

Until the end of this year, within the framework of the project “Knowledge. State” a series of educational lectures by the speakers of the “Knowledge” society will be held for civil servants of municipal and republican authorities.
