Which graduates will be welcomed by employers? Career Day at SHI

April 20, 2023 at the Social and Humanitarian Institute of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after named after H.M. Berbekov passed a career day.

The event is being implemented as part of the institute’s roadmap under the Priority 2030 Development Program for 2023. The participants were greeted by the Director of the SHI, Candidate of Historical Sciences Muslim Tamazov and the moderator of the event, Deputy Director of the SGI for Educational and Career Guidance, Candidate of Sociological Sciences Albina Vindizheva.

The moderator noted:

The meeting of students with employers is a continuation of a great joint work aimed at the main result — the release of a competitive specialist in demand on the labor market. A meeting with an employer is a very important moment in the life of any person who wants to find their own direction for career growth, because during the event you can discuss the problems facing students and the university: employers’ expectations from young professionals, competitiveness criteria, forms of interaction between the university and employers and much more.

Director of the Career Development Center of the Career Development Department of KBSU Christina Lopatina spoke about the unique opportunities of the Facultetus career environment and noted that it is necessary to think about building your own career and start developing in this direction during your studies.

Career Days at KBSU are held to assist students in finding employment, expand partnerships between departments of the university and employers, increase students’ interest in their chosen profession, form graduates’ knowledge about new opportunities, about the situation on the labor market of the republic.
