Vladimir Putin has awarded the stuff of KBSU

The Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the KBR held a traditional solemn ceremony of rewarding employees of the education and science system on the basis of the results of work in the 2017-2018 academic year and for outstanding achievements in the field of youth policy. It is gratifying to note that among those who received high government awards there are KBSU employees.

For the contribution to the preparation and conduct of the XlX World Festival of Youth and Students in 2017, a commemorative medal and a letter to it signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin noted the vice-rector of Kabardino-Balkarian State University for educational work and social issues Sultan Gekkiev and the head of the Strategic Development Department of Kabardino-Balkarian State University Azamat Lyuev.

A commemorative medal is given on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation to citizens and organizations for their contribution to the preparation and conduct of the Festival. On one side of the medal «XIX World Festival of Youth and Students in 2017 in Sochi» there is a stylized image of the emblem of the Festival — a festival daisy with a dove of peace, as well as the inscription: «Together with the whole planet!» in Russian and English. On the other side — a stylized image of the dove of the world among people of different races and peoples, as well as inscriptions: «From the President of the Russian Federation» and «Russia-2017».
