Today, the Higher School of International Education of Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov summed up the results of the next academic year at the preparatory department. The winners of subject Olympiads for foreign applicants also received deserved awards.

In the 2018-2019 academic year, more than 100 students of the preparatory department of the Higher School of International Education of KBSU successfully completed the adaptation curriculum and faced the choice of a university in which they will continue their studies. More than 80 people have already decided that they will continue to study at KBSU, and this is a serious indicator of a high assessment of the quality of education and the level of teaching at the university, since graduates of the program have the right to choose any other Russian university. This was noted at the graduation ceremony.

The training takes place during 1 academic year in 4 areas: biomedical, engineering, humanitarian, economic. Foreign students study 4 disciplines, depending on the chosen specialty. The Department of General Education for foreign students implements the educational process in biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, Russian literature, the Kabardino-Circassian language, history and social science.
