The most active students of KBSU were awarded on Tatyana’s Day
The Day of Russian Students on January 25 was the first bright and memorable event in the life of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov in 2023. What is the difference between modern students and previous generations? At one time, we received specific knowledge, and, having become certified specialists, we received a state-guaranteed job. Now a young person has to independently analyze the situation, navigate the labor market and, in most cases, find a job on their own. Our university has a Career Development Center, which promotes the employment of students and the employment of graduates, is a link for them to interact with employers.”
In the building of the Institute of Physics and Mathematics, student councils of structural divisions of KBSU have launched interactive educational platforms. Here it was possible to master first aid skills, get acquainted with the practical basics of fine art, conduct chemical and physical experiments using specialized instruments and reagents. In addition, master classes on the basics of robotics and computer programs were shown, various trainings and games were held aimed at revealing the personality and potential of the student. The culmination of the holiday was a concert in the assembly hall named after A.N. Sokurov, which was attended by creative teams of KBSU and talented students.
The Minister of Youth Affairs of the KBR Azamat Lyuyev, the Acting Rector of the KBSU Murat Gukepshokov came to congratulate the students: «I want to urge you all to make the most of these years, so that you try many times, even if you make mistakes many times, but at the same time reach heights many times. Only through mistakes do we develop and gain new skills and competencies. I also want to congratulate our esteemed teachers who give their strength every day so that you gain new competencies and knowledge. Today, students in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic are represented by tens of thousands of young, talented people who are moving our society, our native Kabardino-Balkaria, towards a brighter future. And you are the intellectual and personnel potential of our republic. Dare, and everything will work out for you!» — said Azamat Lyuev.
Murat Gukepshokov addressed the heroes of the occasion with wishes of success and high achievements: Do not sit still, dare, create, learn, dance. This is something you will remember for the rest of your life. Love your homeland, love your alma mater. Gain knowledge, absorb the corporate university culture and be real people! As part of the concert, an awards ceremony was held for student activists of KBSU. For the contribution to the implementation of key activities aimed at the development of the youth policy of the KBR, letters of thanks from the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the KBR were received by a 2nd year student of the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Culture and Sports Education, the chairman of the Green Watch labor environmental team Ivan Danilushkin, a 2nd year undergraduate Social and Humanitarian Institute, Regional Coordinator of the Corps of Public Observers of the Republican Youth Union for the KBR Eldar Balkarov, 4th year student of the Institute of Law, Economics and Finance, Chairman of the Cinema Club of KBSU Diana Balkarova.
Gratitude for active participation in student life, cultural, creative, social and volunteer activities of KBSU was awarded to the chairman of the student council of the SGI Lada Bekanova, the activist of the student council of the Faculty of Medicine Asker Nebezhev, the chairman of the student council of the IPEiF Dayana Vorokova, the activist of the student council of the IIIIiCT Akhmed Tlimahov, the chairman of the student IPPiFSO and PC Council Irina Tamazova, student council activist Tembulat Nakhushev, chairman of the student council of the medical college Milana Daurova, activist of the student council of KIET Zhantemir Yakhtanigov, chairman of the student council of IASID Aslan Bersekov, activist of the student council of IIEEiR Lukman Kursakov, chairman of the student council of IC&B Tamara Vadelova, Chairman of the student council of IFiM — Alim Nasipov.
The most creative and artistic students of the university performed on the stage. Incendiary Islamei performed by IHiB activists Magomed Abaev and Arina Dabagova, modern dance by IPPiFSO students, Georgian dance «Gandagan» by IASiD, enchanting waltz of the Kallisto Dance Theater of KBSU made a splash in the auditorium. Solo performances by IS&CHLH student Aida Akkieva, SGI Student Council activists Aslan Unezhev and Alika Tavasieva, SHI student Marianna Kardova and IFM student Akhmed Kokov were also met with a standing ovation from the audience.
The KVN team of the medical college «Resuscitation of Laughter» pleased the audience with sparkling humor. In the final, according to tradition, everyone who came on stage sang the anthem of the university. The festive evening showed that the most creative guys study at KBSU.
