Science Without Borders: KBSU Scientist Participates in the IAMP-2026 Conference in Biysk
Fatimat Kudaeva, doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Associate Professor at the Institute of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University (KBSU) named after Kh.M. Berbekov, took part in the 21st All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference with international participation, «Measurements, Automation, and Modeling in Industry and Scientific Research» (IAMP-2026), held at the Biysk Technological Institute (BTI of Altai State Technical University). This year, the forum was dedicated to the 95th birthday of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) Academician Gennady Sakovich—a distinguished scientist and organizer of scientific research.
During the event, the KBSU professor presented a congratulatory address and a commemorative gift to Andrey Shalunov, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Director of the BTI of Altai State Technical University. She also delivered a presentation outlining her research in the field of mathematical modeling. Her work introduces a novel hybrid method—an ensemble Kalman filter for noise reduction, incorporating «IRISA» complex state correction—designed to model phase transitions in multilayer biological tissues. This method offers promising new approaches for addressing complex data processing challenges.
The presentation sparked significant interest; participants engaged Kudaeva in a lively Q&A session, which fostered a substantive discussion and an exchange of professional perspectives.
Following the conference, Fatimat Kudaeva received letters of appreciation for her plenary presentation, titled «Ensemble Kalman Filter with IRISA Complex State Correction for Modeling Phase Transitions in Multilayer Biological Tissues,» as well as for her contributions to the organization and facilitation of the conference sessions.
