A deep study of the discipline provides the acquisition of knowledge and practical skills in the study of electrical devices.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to develop the cognitive activity of schoolchildren and students, expand their technical horizons, form the skills of independent activity among participants, and also attract motivated applicants to the university.

It should be noted that electrical engineering and power engineering at CITE of KBSU underlie such disciplines as «Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering», «Electrotechnical Measurements», «Electrotechnical Fundamentals of Power Supplies», «Applied Electronics».
