KBSU is moving forward in the ratings of the RUR agency
Kabardino-Balkarian State University continues to be one of the universities of the North Caucasus Federal District, which steadily improve the image of the country. This is confirmed, for example, by being included in prestigious international ratings.
Ratings of the Round University Ranking (RUR) agency are compiled jointly with the international company Сlarivate Analytics, which implements the work of the international scientific citation database Web of Science.
The analysis of participating universities is carried out according to 20 indicators — indicators of the university’s activities in four areas: the quality of teaching, the quality of research, the level of internationalization, the level of financial stability.
The RUR World University Ranking evaluates the performance of higher education institutions around the world. For 12 years, 1150 leading universities representing 85 countries have taken part in the RUR ranking.
There are currently 724 universities in Russia.
The RUR World University Ranking evaluates in six subject areas: humanities, life sciences, medical sciences, natural sciences, social sciences, technical sciences.
Kabardino-Balkarian State University was included in all subject areas of the RUR World University Ranking, published on December 8, 2022.
Ranking of the Humanities

Life Science Ranking

The rating of technical sciences of KBSU, being a classical university, was also included in the rating of technical sciences (Technical Science), which takes into account research at the intersection of various fields of knowledge, for example, mathematics, physics, biology.
