KBSU football team is gaining points in the NSFL
From November 21 to 24, the Essentuki Arena stadium hosted the Final V round of the Higher Division of the National Student Football League of the 2022 season. The combined team of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov was adequately played with an eye to getting out of Group B of the Higher Division with promotion.
In the final stage, the KBSU team met with the teams of the Abkhaz State University (Sukhum), Rostov State Economic University (Rostov) and Kalmyk State University named after B.B. Gorodovikov (Elista).
KBSU footballers played their first game against KalmGU. The game started very actively from Aslanbek Khantsev’s wards, the team could have opened the scoring already in the first half, but the Kalmyks resisted and as a result the players went on a break with the score 0:0. , after 8 minutes, he doubles the advantage of KBSU, in his first game in the NSFL, Alikhan makes a double and brings victory. The final result of the game KalmGU 0 : 2 KBGU. The team played its second match against ASU (Sukhum).
The team started the game again actively, moment by moment, but again the implementation is lame. At the 17th minute of the match, the opponents attacked through the right flank, after a cross, the ball bounced off our player and flew into the goal. Literally a minute later, Apazhev Islam took advantage of the defender’s mistake and equalizes the score. At the 39th minute, KBSU scores a goal in the locker room and goes to the break leading 2: 1. On the third day, KBSU students confronted RINH, the match started successfully for our team, on the 13th minute, Hasan Kushkhov’s long-range shot turned out to be accurate and KBSU took the lead. The second half was heated, KBSU played one goal, but on the 68th minute a player of our team was sent off for the second yellow card, the Rostovites took advantage of the majority of their team and scored 2 more goals. The match ended with a score of 2: 5.
According to the results of the fifth round, KBSU had 2 wins and 1 loss. This season 2022 NSFL ends, our team takes the 8th line in the standings. The players are leaving for the winter break, and in the new season the team sets itself the task of climbing even higher and may even leave Group B, and we think that they will definitely succeed.
