KBSU Conducted a Drill to Practice Action Algorithms for a Crime Threat in the Form of an Explosive Device

On April 22, 2026, unscheduled practical exercises were held to practice the actions of personnel, private security company employees, and students of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov in the event of a crime (threat of committing) involving the placement of an explosive device in Dormitory No. 3 at 229 Chernyshevsky Street.

During the training, staff from the Integrated Security Department, together with representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of Russia for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, practiced action algorithms for the commission (threat of committing) of a crime involving the placement of an explosive device at the university facility. Thus, the drill on action algorithms for the commission (threat of committing) of a crime (threat of committing) was successfully completed.

In accordance with subparagraph «g» of paragraph 25 of the RF Government Resolution of 07.11.2019 No. 1421, in 2025, exercises were conducted on approved algorithms for the actions of personnel, employees of private security organizations and students of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekova» when committing (threatening to commit) a crime in the form of an armed attack, placing an explosive device, taking hostages, detonating an improvised explosive device, arson, attacking with an unmanned aerial vehicle in the main academic building, the educational complex of the medical college (Gorky St., 17), dormitory No. 12, (Tolstoy St., 187), medical academy (I.Armand St., 1), dormitory No. 10 (Chernyshevsky St., 167), dormitory No. 3 (Chernyshevsky St., 229).
