Kabardino-Balkarian State University Graduates Receive Honors Diplomas at the Russian Ministry of Education and Science
The Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education held the All-Russian Graduation Ceremony for students who completed their undergraduate and graduate programs in Youth Work Organization with honors. The event brought together over 100 top students from 28 universities in 25 regions of the country.
KBSU was represented at the ceremony by three graduates: Victoria Aloyeva, Darina Tovkuyeva, and Milana Umova. Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Yuri Leskin, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, presented the graduates with honors diplomas, as well as letters of gratitude and commemorative plaques for «Best Youth Work Organization Graduate.» Zarina Khadzegova, Assistant Professor in the Youth Work Organization Department at KBSU’s Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities, accompanied the students.
The graduation program was rich and festive. As per tradition, the meeting began with a flower-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden. Following the official part, the students participated in an intellectual quiz, «Peoples of Russia,» hosted by the Znanie Society and visited the offices of Rosmolodezh and the Movement of the First.
KBSU graduates shared their impressions of the trip and their participation in the ceremony.
Milana Umova:
«The invitation to Moscow was a great honor for me. I was very impressed by the meeting at the Rosmolodezh office. Interacting with the creative and energetic staff, who until recently were themselves students, was a powerful inspiration. I am currently combining work at the Leskensky District Youth Center with further professional development, and after this trip, I am filled with renewed energy and ideas for implementing youth projects.»
Victoria Aloeva:
«The trip will be remembered for its impeccable organization and warm atmosphere.» We actively interacted with graduates from other regions, including Kaluga and St. Petersburg. They sincerely admired the rich student life at KBSU and our opportunities, admitting that their universities lacked such a vibrant environment. I can’t wait to put my new knowledge into practice: next year, I plan to enroll in a master’s program and simultaneously begin my professional career. I already have several interesting offers in my field, and I’m ready for new challenges.»
Darina Tovkueva:
«The personal involvement of Deputy Minister Olga Viktorovna Petrova made this day special. Her kindness, competence, and genuine engagement inspire enormous respect and a desire to emulate her. I already work within the Ministry of Education and Science and strive to become as caring a professional as she is. And we’re taking home not only honors diplomas, but also a victory: in the «Peoples of Russia» intellectual quiz, our «KBSU team» answered 30 out of 40 questions correctly, beating out the competition!
In addition to diplomas and awards, the KBSU graduates received personal invitations to a major youth forum, which will be held in August in Krasnoyarsk.
The KBSU team congratulates Victoria, Darina, and Milana on their well-deserved recognition at the federal level! We wish our graduates inexhaustible energy, the realization of their boldest professional plans, and new achievements!
