Associate Professor of KBSU took part in IT-week in Uzbekistan
From October 24 to 27, 2022 in Samarkand (Uzbekistan), with the support of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Avantage Event Agency, one of the most significant events in the field of IT was held — the Week of Information and Communication Technologies — ICT WEEK UZBEKISTAN 2022.
As part of IT — weeks passed the WRO summit, a seminar on the topic «Digital economy: key areas of development and problems of legal regulation», an exhibition of information and communication technologies of Uzbekistan — ICT EXPO, ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN SUMMIT, as well as a Regional scientific and technical conference with international participation «The current state and prospects for the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence”.
The conference was attended by Associate Professor of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies of the Kabardzhino-Balkarian State University. Kh. M. Berbekova Fatimat Kudaeva. In the plenary part, Associate Professor of KBSU made a presentation: «The Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies: Problems and Prospects.» Then in the section «Algorithmization, modeling and optimization» she also made a report «Mathematical modeling of the dynamics of the age structure of the population», and in the section: «Machine learning and knowledge representation» — the report «Mathematical modeling of cryomedicine problems».
As a result of the conference, a collection of reports was published, which included speeches by Fatimat Kudaeva. Extended versions of the reports will be published in the scientific journal «Problems of Computational and Applied Mathematics», which is included in the list of publications recommended for the publication of scientific results of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in the list of peer-reviewed journals of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the visit, Fatimat Kudaeva gave a lecture on mathematical modeling to students of the Tashkent State Agrarian University in the direction of «Information systems and technologies (Digital technologies in agriculture)». It has been cooperating with the Tashkent State Agrarian University KBGU for five years. Joint textbooks are being prepared for publication.

Associate Professor of KBSU also said that the organizers of the conference took the initiative to conclude a cooperation agreement between the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov and the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence (Samarkand branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khwarizmi). A proposal was put forward to extend the cooperation agreement between the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov and Tashkent State Agrarian University (TashSAU), which expires in February 2023.”
