ALGORITHM FOR THE ARRIVAL OF FOREIGN STUDENTS INTO RUSSIAN FEDERATION

To arrive in Russia you must

  • notify your curator by e-mail about the date of entry into the Russian Federation and the border crossing point in no less than 10 days in advance
  • get permission to enter the territory of the Russian Federation from the curator of the university by e-mail.

No earlier than 3 calendar days before arriving in Russia, pass a COVID-19 test in your country using the PCR method.

When crossing the border of the Russian Federation and settling in a university hostel, carry a medical certificate in Russian or English with a negative test result for coronavirus infection.

 

After arriving in Russia

Within 72 hours after entering the territory of Russia, re-test for COVID-19 by PCR in specially authorized medical centers.

Observe the self-isolation regime at the place of residence until a negative test result is obtained.

During the period of being in isolation, all training sessions are held online.

After receiving the result of the second PCR test, the student sendsa scanned copy of both certificates with negative PCR test results to the curator.

Students are allowed to the educational process if they have two negative tests.

 

On campus

In order to avoid large gatherings of students at the university, training sessions are held in a mixed format.

During classes, sanitary standards and social distance are observed.

Students with the symptoms of respiratory disease (entrance thermometry) are not allowed to attend classes.

 

If you get sick, call

If, upon arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation, any deterioration in health appears, you must immediately seek medical help, call “103” or “112”.
