Who is the most athletic, smart and creative in KBSU?

Desperate eight students of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov met on December 2, 2022 in an uncompromising struggle for the title of the winner of the annual competition «Vivat, student!».

The theme of this year’s competition was sports. It was very hot and noisy in the cinema-concert hall of A. N. Sokurov’s Creative Workshop that day. Long before the start of the concert, the fans beat the drums and shouted the names of their favorite members, who had to prove themselves from the sports, creative and intellectual side. 2nd year student of the Faculty of Medicine Aslan Kuliyev, 2nd year student of the Institute of Law, Economics and Finance Saida Khapalazheva, 4th year student of the Institute of Physics and Mathematics Akhmed Kokov, 3rd year student of the Social and Humanitarian Institute Inal Kushkhov competed to be considered the best in 2022 , 3rd year student of the Institute of Chemistry and Biology Tamara Vadelova, 3rd year student of the Faculty of Medicine Rinat Tatarov, 3rd year student of the College of Information Technologies and Economics Zhantemir Yahtanigov and 2nd year student of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities Marianna Kardova. Responsible mission to choose the winner «Vivat, student!» were placed on the shoulders of the jury members: Mirland Kazanchev, former chairman of the student council of KBSU, Yulia Ovdienko, founder of the Center for Creative Solutions, Jamal Teunov, artist of the KBR State Musical Theater, Karina Dokshokova, director of Dakshin dress, and choreographer Laura Keshtova. In the first competition, participants showed their video business cards. The guys did their best, and on the screen the audience saw whole mini-films about the sports hobbies of the contestants. Then the participants were tested for stress resistance and ingenuity in the competition of tricky questions. The questions were so tricky that the audience was ready to recognize the winner of the host — Zurab Khutov, but it was still impossible to hide the intellectual and artistic talents of the participants from the jury, and the points were awarded. That’s where the contestants managed to fully reveal their talents, so it’s in the creative competition — the guys sang, danced, played the guitar, performed stand-up and theatrical performances. And the fans of the contestants fervently supported their friends.

At the end of the “competition”, the participants walked the stage for a defile in costumes from the sponsor of the competition, the Diplomat clothing store. And now it’s time to announce the winner. The main prize «Vivat, student!» went to Marianna Kardova (2nd year SGI), and the audience award went to Inal Kushkhov (3rd year SGI).
