Berbekov held a meeting of organizations — potential employers of graduates of the Institute of Law, Economics and Finance of the university. Opening the meeting, Elena Mashukova, director of the IPEiF KBSU, said:

KBSU strives to produce highly demanded specialists who are ready to start their career growth with dignity. Almost all the guests who came to us today are graduates of our institute. Today, 2.5 thousand people study at the IPEiF in two blocks «Economics» and «Jurisprudence». About 75% of graduates are successfully employed every year. But there are still problems. We will talk about how the staff is formed, what are the requirements of employers for applicants, etc.

Murat Gukepshokov, vice-rector of KBSU for personnel and organizational and legal issues, noted that the motto of the Institute of Law, Economics and Finance is the training of not just professional personnel, but specialists of a high moral basis. Prosecutor G.o. Nalchik Aslan Kanshaov said that the city departments of the KBR prosecutor’s office are engaged in the preparation of the personnel reserve. A candidate with a higher legal education, when applying for a job, must go through a number of stages: testing for knowledge of the system of work of the prosecutor’s office, psychological testing, an interview with a representative of the prosecutor’s office of the republic.

To work in the prosecutor’s office, theoretical knowledge obtained at the university is not enough. Therefore, internships organized by the university in the prosecutor’s office are very useful for students. We have provided for the recruitment of public assistant prosecutors. These guys work for free in the structure, delve into the profession, and later they can also apply for employment in our department,

Police Lieutenant Colonel Madina Tezadova spoke about the procedure for entering the service in the internal affairs bodies. Among the advantages of service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, she named a decent salary, preferential service, the possibility of annual sanatorium treatment and others. In connection with the changed political situation in the country, as applicants, Madina Tezadova noted, now, first of all, people who have served in the army or are not subject to conscription are considered. Nur-Mukhamed Kardanov told the students that in the second half of March, the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the KBR will hold a competition in jurisprudence dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the preliminary investigation bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. 15 students of the legal direction of study can take part in the intellectual competition. As the police lieutenant colonel noted, the winner of the competition will be offered a position in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the KBR.

Kambulat Kerefov, a representative of Sberbank PJSC, and Amin Varkvasov, an employee of Promsvyazbank PJSC, explained how to become a bank employee:

The key qualities that a job seeker in a bank should have are the desire to work with clients, communication skills, the desire to learn, the possession of digital skills and knowledge,

— Kambulat Kerefov emphasized. Ruslan Eshtrekov recommended that students be proactive, learn many competencies from different areas in order to be competitive in the labor market.
