Volunteers for the World Youth Festival 2024
The recruitment of volunteers for the World Youth Festival 2024 is open (from March 1 to March 7, 2024).
The festival will be held from March 1 to March 7, 2024 on the federal territory «Sirius» in the Olympic Park in Sochi.
The main functions of volunteers at WFY 2024:
– Accompanying delegations
– Linguistic services
– Volunteers of culture and ceremonies
– Business program volunteers
Selection criteria:
– 18 years old and over (16 years old for selected functions)
– High level of motivation
— Communication skills and stress resistance
— Skill to work in team
— Citizens of the Russian Federation or foreign citizens — residents of the Russian Federation.
– Be fluent in one or more foreign languages
– Have volunteer experience and experience in social work
– Willingness to go through all stages of selection and training
Services for volunteers:
– Prepaid sim-cards of a mobile operator
– Life and health insurance
– Unique set of equipment
– Extensive motivational program
– Free travel to the venues of the Festival
– Transportation to accommodation sites at night
— Three meals a day
– Accommodation of out-of-town volunteers
