University teachers have had their «paperwork» reduced
The bill on reducing the bureaucratic burden has passed three readings in the State Duma, as reported on the official website of the Russian Union of Rectors.
It is a continuation of the previously adopted law on debureaucratization of schools — now teachers must fill out no more than five documents.
As the authors of the bill emphasize, today teachers spend a lot of time filling out papers, sometimes unnecessary ones.
«The adoption of the law and the corresponding orders of the Ministry of Education and Science will help reduce the excessive administrative burden on teaching staff, which will allow them to concentrate on fulfilling their immediate responsibilities for teaching and educating students. We will consider monitoring the implementation of these standards as one of the priority areas of our work,» — noted the head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev.
