The V scientific conference named after V. A. Eleev

Over 50 students and undergraduates of the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov took part in the annual, already V scientific conference dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences V.A.Eleev, which started on May 31.

As noted by Boris Kunizhev, Director of the Institute for Physics and Mathematics at KBSU, welcoming the participants, the conference is being held to attract students to scientific activities, develop their critical and analytical thinking, foster determination, and introduce them to the traditions of the Russian scientific school.

Valery Abdurakhmanovich Eleev as a scientist-mathematician, a well-known specialist in the field of differential equations, the author of more than a hundred scientific and scientific-methodical works was spoken about by Vice-Rector for Research Fatimat Nakhusheva, Professor of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics Muaed Oshkhunov, Head of the Department of Theoretical and Experimental Physics Murat Khokonov.

«Valery Abdurakhmanovich was a wonderful person and a great scientist. And the memory of him will forever remain with us, in our hearts,» — said Fatimat Nakhusheva.

The conference is held in three sections: «Mathematics», «Physics» and «Applied Mathematics and Informatics».

The best works of students will be awarded with diplomas, as well as presented for publication in scientific journals.
