The Strategy for the Development of the Education System in Russia until 2040 was discussed in Nalchik with the participation of KBSU
Experts from the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov took part in a strategic session of teaching staff of Kabardino-Balkaria, dedicated to the development of proposals for the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation until 2036 with a perspective until 2040. It was held at the Republican Multidisciplinary Gymnasium of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
First vice-rector — vice-rector for Academic Affairs Vadim Lesev acted as a moderator in the working group on «Higher Education». Director of the Pedagogical College of KBSU Fatima Ashabokova was an invited expert in the group on «Preschool Education». In the working group «Children’s Recreation and Health Improvement», the role of moderator was performed by the director of the center for projects and practices of the department of SP NTI and NO KBSU Irina Zolotareva.
When discussing issues of higher education, Vadim Lesev listed the main problems that a modern university faces when training teaching staff. Particular attention was paid to the issues of exporting educational services and target training of future teachers.
The proposals formulated at the session in the KBR will be presented at the upcoming meeting to discuss the Strategy, which will be held on February 4, 2025, chaired by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergei Kravtsov.
The Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation until 2036 with a perspective until 2040 is being developed in accordance with the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is designed to ensure comprehensive preparation of young generations for the challenges of the future.
Representatives of all constituent entities of the Russian Federation are participating in the development of the document — experts in the field of education, heads and professors of educational institutions, representatives of the academic community, as well as schoolchildren, students and parents.
The strategy is planned to be approved in May of this year.
