Fortunately, we are with our team again in the North Caucasus. Part of my heart is here. That layer of culture, which we began to raise and acquaint the viewer with it, is so multifaceted that it can be dealt with for many lives. I am glad that in our big concert tomorrow, along with the treasury of Circassian culture, new works and interesting adaptations will be performed. I am glad that the premiere of Murat Kabardokov’s oratorio dedicated to the statesman and military leader Alexander Nevsky, whose birthday this year marks 800 years, will sound fragmentary. Our entire program is based on a combination of works from the Venice of the North and the North Caucasus.
The program of our today’s concert at the university is dedicated to Andrey Petrov. Many of his favorite films have survived thanks to his music.

I would be honored to speak in front of a student audience within the walls of KBSU. I understand how responsible it is, but I am sure that the listeners will fall in love with Petrov’s music from the very first notes.
