Employees of the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Culture and Sports Education of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov took part in the work of the district platform for the development of mentoring in the classes of the psychological and pedagogical orientation «Start to the Future», held at the school with. Olga Mikhailenko, director of the IPP&FSO KBSU, conducted a personal growth training “The Way to Popularity and Success” for 11th grade students, and 1st year undergraduate Milana Bekulova worked with 10th graders on teamwork skills. Also, the leaders of the district schools, students of the 10th and 11th psychological and pedagogical classes of the secondary school in the village of Primalkinskoye, the secondary school of the village of Soldatskaya named after Gritsai and school teachers. The practical part ended with a discussion and exchange of impressions. Speakers of the groups from students and teachers sincerely thanked for the experience gained in lectures and trainings.
