The KBR approved a youth policy development program for 2023-2030
In December 2022, the Government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic approved the State Program of the KBR «Development of Youth Policy in the KBR» for 2023-2030. More than 250 million rubles of federal and republican funds were allocated in the budget for events in 2023.
The priority is the patriotic and moral education of young people, involvement in socio-economic construction, stimulation of volunteer projects, creation of youth infrastructure. To strengthen human resources in the field of youth policy, the Head of the KBR Kazbek Kokov instructed the Ministry of Youth Policy of the KBR to prepare educational programs for specialists working with youth and organize advanced training courses for them in the spring.
Leading experts in the field of youth policy will be involved in the development of the program. 35 complex events are planned for 2023 with the number of participants of at least 70 thousand young people. The largest will be three projects involving youth teams from each municipality. These are the sports and patriotic mass run «Z-marathon», the regional stage of the All-Russian patriotic project «Heroes Watch» and the Youth Forum-Festival of Creative Industries of the South of Russia.
