An educational program for ambassadors of Rosmolodezh.Grants was held in Moscow. This year, more than 100 active and goal-oriented young people, representatives of various fields and professions, grant recipients from 52 regions became ambassadors.

Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov was presented by the head of the psychological and pedagogical society «Atmosphere» Ruslan Zhidkov. In 2023, his project received grant support from the expert community.

Over three days of work, the participants studied the ecosystem of Rosmolodezh. Grants, the system of grant support for project activities and the methodology of working with communities of potential grant recipients. In addition to team-building elements and networking, the new ambassadors were engaged in developing a checklist and work plans for the Ambassador Movement for 2025, took a spin of master classes on media, a speaker simulator, a master class on public speaking from top speakers, and so on.

We discussed important issues on the development of the youth project movement. I believe that together we can create and implement many new interesting initiatives. Participation in grant programs allowed me to develop my projects, receive additional funding and experience,

As noted by the organizers of Rosmolodezh.Granty and the Mashuk Knowledge Center, in the 4th season of the Rosmolodezh.Granty grant competition, the most common project topics were creativity, ecology, and volunteering. Teenagers and young people aged 14 to 35 can participate in it.

Ambassadors are the faces of Rosmolodezh grant competitions, who inspire young people by their example, tell them what support measures can be obtained and how to achieve this. Their task includes popularizing the program and promoting projects.
