— analysis and visualization of corruption risks;
— searching for and processing information from open sources;
— preparing an expert report based on the audit results;
— a team game to test a systemic understanding of anti-corruption mechanisms.
The competition was initiated by the National Research University Higher School of Economics and the Institute of Law, Economics, and Finance of Kabardino-Balkarian State University, with the support of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District, Rosfinmonitoring, the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, and the Anti-Corruption Department of the Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
