The 15th International Scientific and Technical Conference «Micro- and Nanotechnologies in Electronics» was held at the Elbrus Educational and Scientific Complex of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov. Representatives of the scientific community from different regions of Russia, as well as Azerbaijan and Belarus, discussed current issues of study, the results of research into the structure and properties of nanomaterials and nanosystems, and the prospects for their application.

The Director of the Institute of Electronics, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence of KBSU Zamir Shomakhov, Professor of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics Alexander Smirnov, Professor of the Higher Engineering Physics School of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University Alexey Filimonov, and the Head of the KBSU Research Institute of Data Analysis Natalia Cherkesova wished the conference participants fruitful work, strengthening of scientific ties, and interuniversity cooperation.

The conference featured 82 papers on the following topics:

– Physicochemical properties of materials and structures of micro- and nanoelectronics;

– Phase equilibria and transformations in materials of electronics;

– Technologies of nanomaterials and thin-film structures for micro- and nanoelectronics. Devices and equipment;

– Information and digital intelligent technologies and mathematical modeling in micro- and nanoelectronics.

Based on the results of the work, an electronic collection of conference materials will be published with indexing in the RSCI system.
