The plenary session was moderated by Yury Zubov, Head of Rospatent. In his greeting, he noted that now there are 182 centers in Russia in 62 regions of the country, and this is not the limit.
«Undoubtedly, we are glad that our work was recognized at such a high level. Rospatent conducts annual monitoring of the results of TISC activities, and also approves the annual work plan. Technology and Innovation Support Centers are the driving force behind the development of the regional intellectual property management system.
Our center provides consultations on the correct registration of rights to the results of intellectual activity (inventions, utility models, computer programs). We also share practical experience, provide access to the Russian and global patent database.
Until the end of 2022, we plan to hold a series of seminars in all educational departments of our university, taking into account the specifics of their scientific activities. In order to involve young people in research activities, we have engaged leading intellectual property specialists: IP lawyers, accountants, independent IP appraisers, patent experts, patent attorneys of the Russian Federation, members of the Russian Intellectual Property Council.
We held the first such scientific and practical seminar with international participation “Peculiarities of intellectual property rights protection, digital 3D printing technologies in the field of maxillofacial, plastic surgery and dentistry” for the Institute of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery of the KBSU», — shared the head of the KBSU TISC Maryana Marzhohova.
Summing up the two-day program of the congress, Deputy Director of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property Alexander Sukonkin noted that the tasks set before the congress were fulfilled. The congress was held in a very friendly atmosphere. This is very gratifying, because only the unification and consolidation of the experience of the whole country can help individual regions in solving their issues of developing technologies and innovations, and all of us together can go to the federal level with these issues — propose some legislative initiatives, promote the proposals of inventors and innovators , — summed up Alexander Sukonkin.
