Students of the HSIE KBSU took part in the IX International Competition «Talents of Eurasia»
Foreign students of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University’s Higher School of International Education successfully performed at the Ninth International Competition «Talents of Eurasia».
Choreographic groups, vocal performers, orchestras of folk instruments and individual performers from different regions of Russia met in Nalchik at the site of the Balkarian Drama Theater named after K. Kuliev in early January 2025.
The main objective of the competition is to identify and comprehensively support the most talented and promising children and youth, exchange experience between groups, leaders and teachers, support constant creative contacts between them, and unite them within the framework of the competition movement.
Students of the Higher School of International Education of KBSU under the guidance of curator Elena Sherieva took part in two nominations — «Vocals» and «Choreography».
According to the results of the competition, the first place in the nomination «Classical Dance» was taken by Faeza Zain, Srivastava Ninad; «Modern Dance» — Yadav Amit Premshankar; «Pop Dance» — Kurani Yatharth, Mehta Aadarsh Amit, Muskan Mandal, Tulawe Rushikesh, Muskan Mandal, Mokal Praneet, Wasnik Gunjal, Kumari Riya.
The best in the nomination «Pop Vocal» was Gaval Nirmalkumar Arvind; the 2nd place was shared by Karmakar Arnab and Mahek Maqsood Sheikh.
Certificates of the winners of the competition and medals were received by Verma Lalima and Moinuddin Khan.
The competition became the most important event in the cultural and social life of the first days of the new year in the South of Russia, captivated all participants with its friendly and creative atmosphere and became an excellent opportunity to reveal the creative potential of young people,

The founders and organizers of the «Talents of Eurasia» were traditionally the World Art Committee, the Eurasian Continental Art Committee, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Assembly of the Peoples of Russia, the International Academy of Creativity, the Union of Professional Choreographers of Russia, the International Union of Writers and Masters of Arts, and the Public Movement «Cultural Front of Russia».
