Students of KBSU were awarded red diplomas

Bright, dynamic, brilliant and enchanting was the celebration of 576 of the best, smartest, hardworking, patient and diligent graduates of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov, whose efforts were highly appreciated by the teaching staff of the university and awarded a diploma with honors.

According to the established tradition, members of the Government, the KBR Parliament, public figures, heads of ministries and departments, teachers, relatives and friends gathered to congratulate the heroes of the occasion in the Green Theater of Nalchik.

On behalf of the 20,000-strong team of KBSU and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on such a significant event — the successful graduation from the university and receiving a diploma with honors. Your success is inextricably linked with the immense work of your teachers, who generously shared their knowledge and experience with you over the course of several years. I would like to express my special gratitude to them for this. Special thanks to your parents who raised you to be worthy people.

I want to emphasize that our graduates have high professional skills, show civic activity, and take part in public work. Many of them are volunteers, which means they are not indifferent, sensitive to the pain of others.

This year, about 3,500 graduates of our university are graduating, over 500 of them with honors degrees. This is a very good indicator

— in his welcoming speech noted rector of KBSU Professor Yuri Altudov.

The head of KBSU thanked the leadership of the republic for the comprehensive support of ambitious projects and tasks, as a result of which the university is a participant in the Priority 2030 strategic academic leadership program.

Have a great road! Always hold high the proud title of a graduate of KBSU and a citizen of the Russian Federation!

Getting a higher education is always a significant event in the life of every person. From the bottom of my heart, on behalf of the deputies of the Parliament, I congratulate the graduates on the brilliant graduation from the Kabardino-Balkarian State University. Kh. M. Berbekova. Today you have risen to the honorary podium of graduates who are awarded diplomas with honors. I want to wish that you never lower the bar you have reached and that in the future you will conquer more than one height. I think that for each of you today is both a joyful and a sad day. But what I have absolutely no doubt is that you will always remember with special warmth, with great gratitude your native university, your wonderful teachers, who generously shared their knowledge with you all these years, helped you learn to think creatively, sincerely rejoiced at your achievements and victories. Your parents deserve the kindest words today, who are always by your side, always supporting you, who created the most comfortable conditions for your study and leisure, tried to raise you to be smart, kind, decent people, true citizens of our country.

You have an eventful life ahead of you. There are many roads ahead of you, huge opportunities for professional and personal growth. Let the knowledge and experience gained at the university help you achieve your goals, and faith in your own strength will help you realize your most cherished dreams. Feel free to go forward, and you will definitely succeed. I am sure that you will apply your knowledge, energy, talent to the maximum benefit for your native Kabardino-Balkaria, for our entire country. Good luck, have a good trip!

Russian Federation Khasan Timizhev, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the KBR Fatimat Amshokova, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the KBR Alim Asanov, Director of the Institute for Humanitarian Research of the KBSC RAS Kasbolat Dzamikhov, Director of the Alpine Geophysical Institute Mukhtar Bekkiev, Minister of Youth Affairs of the KBR Azamat Lyuev, General Director of the KBSC RAS Vyacheslav Nagoev, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the KBR Achemez Mokaev, acting Vice-Rector of KBSU for the organization of admission and pre-university activities Arsen Kharaev.

The ceremony of presenting «red» diplomas was accompanied by bright performances of pop stars of Kabardino-Balkaria. The concert was attended by Cherim Nakhushev, Eldar Zhanikaev, Alim Gazaev, the ensemble «Terek Cossacks», Islam and Karina Kish, Jah-Far, a student from India Hushan Verma.

The evening ended with the performance of the anthem of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University. Kh. M. Berbekov and dazzling fireworks in honor of the graduates.
