Student of SGI KBSU Diana Zhemukhova — the winner of the regional stage «Student Leader -2021»

May 25 at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov summed up the results of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition of trade union activists «Student Leader — 2021», aimed at identifying creative leaders and providing them with the maximum opportunity to realize and acquire basic personal and social competencies.

Welcoming the applicants for the title of student leader, the chairman of the primary trade union organization of KBSU students, Islam Boziev, noted that they have an excellent opportunity not only to show their skills, but also to contribute to their development, to their future.

6 trade union activists from different educational departments of KBSU gathered to test their professional skills and knowledge: Inal Bekboev (1st year, IPEiF), Kamilla Klisheva (2nd year, SGI), Ekaterina Morozova (2nd year, IPPFSO), Diana Zhemukhova (3rd year, SGI), Islam Unachev (3rd year, IEEiR), Elina Organokova (2nd year, ISiChLH).

The participants had to highlight their best leadership qualities, tell about themselves, about their style of work, about the success of their organization in the «Self-portrait» competition, answer questions in the «2k1» competition, demonstrate «Effective presentation» in the «Blitz» competition in two minutes have time to answer 20 questions.

When summing up the results of the jury consisting of the chairman of the primary trade union organization of students of KBSU and the chairman of the jury Islam Boziev, head of the department for youth policy and educational work Astemir Kyasov, specialist of the center for scholarship programs and material support Milana Tliashinova; Chairman of the Student Council of KBSU students Mirlanda Kazanchev, winner of the regional stage of «Student Leader», finalist of the district stage of «Student Leader 2018 — 2019» Lyana Bogatyreva took into account the results of correspondence contests «Legal Orientation» and «Proftest».

Elina Organokova took 3rd place in terms of the total points scored in all competitions, Inal Bekboyev was the second, and Diana Zhemukhova became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition of trade union activists «Student Leader — 2021».
