Strategic partnership: double diplomas from HSE and KBSU

A strategic in-person session of the Higher School of Economics was held at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov, dedicated to the management of the educational program at a modern university.

Experts, including the chief specialist of the design and educational laboratory “University Development” Alexander Klyagin, the director of the department of educational programs of the Institute of Education of the National Research University Higher School of Economics Anna Kobtseva and the academic director of the educational program “Pedagogical Education” of the National Research University Higher School of Economics Yulia Koreshnikova, held a series of lectures and seminars for administrative, managerial and teaching staff of the university.

And about. KBSU Rector Yuri Altudov expressed hope for successful cooperation with the Higher School of Economics on the double degree program, emphasizing its importance for the development of the university.

Such a partnership will not only enrich the academic environment of universities, but will also create new opportunities for students and teachers in the international exchange of knowledge and experience. The diversity of approaches and perspectives offered through the double degree program promotes a deep understanding of international educational standards and improves the quality of learning. It also expands the horizons for scientific research and professional growth of students, which is an important element in the formation of competitive specialists in the global labor market.

The project to create double degree programs at the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Russian regions has been successfully implemented for several years. Anna Kobtseva, Director of the Department of Educational Programs at the Institute of Education at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, noted that in the near future KBSU may become a partner university in the double degree program, starting with pedagogical specialties.

In the future, students from other areas of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University can join the project; the doors are also open for them,

In addition to developing programs and transferring educational technologies, HSE is working on creating scientific centers of expertise that will complement the educational program and provide students with the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.

Experts discussed the importance of online educational programs, obstacles to their creation, and the necessary resources for the development of such partnerships. An assessment was also made of the implementation of educational policy and the target model laid down in the KBSU development program until 2030.
