Spring School of Personal Growth was held at KBSU

A scientific and practical seminar «Spring School of Personal Growth» was held at the Elbrus Educational and Scientific Complex of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov (KBSU). The event brought together high school students, students and teachers to discuss current issues of self-development and career guidance.

The meeting was organized as part of the implementation of the project «Profile Psychological and Pedagogical Classes» with the support of the scientific and educational center of the Russian Academy of Education (RAE).

There are more than a hundred participants. For high school students and students, the vice-president of RAE, academician Viktor Basyuk held an interactive lecture «Possibilities of Personal Growth: How to Become a Real Person?».

At the meeting with teachers, Basyuk shared his experience in implementing an innovative project of RAE, which helps students better understand their role in society.

The seminar also presented the project «Growth Workshops», developed by Galina Dudka, a teacher at the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Culture and Sports Education at KBSU. The program is already being implemented in the secondary school in Primalkinskoye village and includes seven workshops aimed at career guidance for high school students and developing the potential of future teachers.
