Seminar In KBSU On Support Of Small And Medium Business

On February 13 Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov became a platform for conducting a training seminar on measures of financial, guarantee and leasing support of the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.

The seminar was attended by representatives of executive authorities, local governments, infrastructure organizations supporting small and medium-sized businesses, partner banks of AO Corporation «SME», representatives of the business and research communities, students of KBSU, as well as those interested in starting their own business.

It is important for us, the representatives of the authorities, to organize effective work with the business community of the republic in order to provide assistance and methodological assistance to budding entrepreneurs in the process of obtaining support for the implementation of projects. Andrey Chuev, Head of the Regional Development Directorate of the Corporation “SME”, noted that Kabardino-Balkaria is the first region where the corporation holds a training seminar and voiced the expected learning outcomes:

Alina Shekikhacheva, Advisor to the Directorate of Sales Channels and Interaction with Financial Organizations-Partners of Corporation “SME”, told all listeners about all areas of guarantee and financial support of the corporation.

In more detail, the support tools provided by the corporation and SME Bank were discussed at the thematic round tables, where they discussed the preparation of the necessary documents for participation in the SME programs, the specifics of leasing agreements, the intricacies of the Federal Law No. 223 “On the procurement of goods, works and services by certain types legal entities».

The case studies of local companies (IPA Selection LLC, Sky Trade LLC, Nalchik-Sweet Company LLC), which received credit, guarantee and leasing support from the SME Corporation and SME Bank, were considered using specific examples.

The result of the round tables was the presentation of business projects requiring financial, guarantee or leasing support.

Tomorrow, on the second day of the seminar, entrepreneurs will receive additional information about the tools of credit and guarantee support for the projects they have formulated, and step-by-step instructions for filling out the initial package of contract documents.
