Representatives of KBSU take part in training public observers

Director of the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Education and Sports Education of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov Olga Mikhailenko and her deputy for educational and career guidance work Ruzana Pshigausheva joined the team of regional tutors who conduct training seminars for public observers.

There are only 5 such experts in Kabardino-Balkaria who have completed the relevant training program under the guidance of federal experts from the Independent Public Monitoring Association.

The day before, Olga Mikhailenko and Ruzana Pshigausheva gave a lecture for public observers of the Maisky District.

About 700 representatives of public institutions will monitor the elections of deputies of the Parliament of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, which will take place on September 8, 2024. Their task is to facilitate the implementation of citizens’ electoral rights, prevent violations of the law, and ensure openness and transparency of the voting and vote counting process.
