Representatives of KBSU participated in the North Caucasus Religious Forum

Associate Professor of the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Culture and Sports Education of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov Rimma Kumysheva gave a report at the North Caucasus Religious Forum «Family — the Foundation of Spiritual and Moral Education». She spoke about the role of the family in the upbringing of the younger generation.

The forum was held today in Nalchik on the initiative of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Religious figures from the Southern and North Caucasus districts came to the conference. Representatives of the authorities and public organizations of our republic were also invited to the dialogue. The meeting took place with the support of the Ministry of Nationalities and Public Projects of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.

The forum participants noted the importance of events aimed at the spiritual and moral education of the younger generation and the need for close cooperation between government bodies and civil society in this matter.

In addition, during the conference, the topic of maintaining interethnic and interfaith harmony in the North Caucasus, as well as methods of combating extremism and terrorism, was discussed.
