Prospects of teacher education in the region were discussed in the Parliament of the KBR

March 1, 2023 director of the Institute of Pedagogics, Psychology and Physical education and Sports education of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov Olga Mikhailenko took part in the meeting of the Chairman of the Committee of the KBR Parliament on Education, Science and Youth Affairs Nina Emuzova with the staff of the International holding «EuroMedia» director for relations with government authorities Natalya Vlasenko and observer Sergey Valeryevich Kisin.

The round table focused on questions about the state of continuous teacher education in the KBR. Further prospects for the development of regional pedagogical education were discussed. The positive aspects of the career guidance work carried out by the employees of the IPPiFSO KBSU in 20 specialized classes of the KBR of a psychological and pedagogical orientation were noted, where schoolchildren who are highly motivated for the teaching profession study.

«A lot of work has been done, but this is only the beginning of the journey, it is necessary to follow modern trends in the formation of a new generation of teachers with a high level of professional competence», — Olga Mikhailenko emphasized.
