New directions of research of artificial intelligence will appear at KBSU

On June 23-25, in one of the largest business centers in Russia — the Nizhny Novgorod Fair, the VI annual conference «Digital Industry of Industrial Russia» is being held, in which the acting Svetlana Khashirova, Vice-Rector for Research and Development of KBSU

This year, more than 4 thousand people will take part in 70 events held within the framework of the conference — government officials, industrialists, scientists, developers, over 450 speakers.

The conference participants will summarize the results of the first five years of the transformation of the Russian economy into a data economy and discuss scenarios for the development of technologies in the country until 2025, highlighting key trends and identifying the necessary steps to achieve the goals of the second technological five-year plan. Experts from major companies will discuss the impact of covid restrictions on various spheres of life.

In 2021, CIPR combined a business forum and an exhibition space, where new developments and conceptual solutions in the field of digital transformation were presented.

The CIPR conference has become a global platform for interaction between business and the state on the development of the digital economy, industry and high technologies.

And about. Vice-rector of KBSU noted that at the conference a lot of attention is paid to artificial intelligence and its implementation in a variety of industries.

“This is a very important topic for us. In the development program of KBSU, this direction is one of the priorities and is in demand in the region, especially in agriculture and healthcare. The conference was able to get acquainted with the best practices for digital diagnostics of various diseases, including covid, examples of the introduction of artificial intelligence in agriculture, the creation of smart cities and other interesting areas of digital transformation. We are establishing business contacts for the development of these and other areas of digitalization at the university for further implementation in the economy of the region,” — Svetlana Khashirova emphasized.

During the first day of the forum, a number of agreements were concluded with representatives of universities, research institutes, IT companies for the development of areas at the university related to the study and development of artificial intelligence technologies.
