Multi-National KBSU Celebrates Day Of Russia

From the Parade of Friendship of Peoples, the celebration of the Day of Russia began in Nalchik. Management representatives, teaching staff and students of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University. H.M. Berbekov took part in all the events of the official holiday program, personifying the multinational friendship and unity, anxiously preserved in our republic. Thousands of parade participants, among whom were representatives of state authorities, public organizations, national cultural centers, educational institutions, citizens and delegations of regions of the republic marched from the area of ​​the 400th anniversary of Kabarda’s voluntary accession to Russia to the State Concert Hall. Together with the flags of Russia, Kabardino-Balkaria and the State University, students of KBSU raised flags of another 40 countries - citizens of foreign countries studying at the university, vividly emphasized the international status of the holiday, which personifies love for Russia and the desire for peace and well-being for all citizens of the state. “I have been in Russia for 4 years now, I study at the KBSU at the medical faculty. During this time, I loved this land, but more than the people I love, the traditions and spirituality of which are very close to me. Happy Russia!
