Medical College of KBSU took part in the II North Caucasian Conference «The Pinnacle of Quality — 2025»

The Medical College of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov took part in the II North Caucasian Conference «The Pinnacle of Quality — 2025», during which the leaders of the domestic healthcare system in the field of quality assurance and safety of medical activities shared their experience with the heads of medical institutions not only from the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, but also from all over Russia.

The director of the medical college Svetlana Pshibieva in her speech told how the training of students in the specialty «Nursing» is carried out, and shared the first results of training future specialists for effective adaptation in medical organizations implementing a system of quality assurance and safety of medical activities.

For two days, the teachers of the medical college attended master classes and panel sessions, where they listened to reports from the best experts in the field of quality. At the end of one of the panel sessions, the college teachers had a practical discussion with quality expert Oleg Shvabsky. The college teachers received advice from the leader in the work of mid-level medical personnel.

The conference is of practical interest to the medical college staff, since the beginning of the 2024/2025 academic year, students of the new recruitment of the Nursing specialty have been studying according to an updated program that integrates issues of the quality system and safety of medical activities.

The conference was organized by the Ministry of Health of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the All-Russian Research and Testing Institute of Medical Equipment of Roszdravnadzor and the Federal State Budgetary Institution National Institute of Quality of Roszdravnadzor.
