KBSU’s employees participated in the project «Voice of the Generation»
On the basis of the Mashuk Knowledge Center in Pyatigorsk, the first stream of the flagship educational program “Voice of a Generation. Teachers”, the main task of which is to strengthen the community of teachers.
At the educational forum Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov was represented by: director of the Center for Sustainable Development of the IMTiIG, lecturer in the Department of Theory and Technology of Social Work of the SHI Timur Aramisov, associate professor of the Department of Economics and Accounting and Analytical Information Systems of the IPEiF Renata Shibzukhova, senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the IPEiF, assistant of the department of electronics and digital information technologies IIEIiR Anzor Afashagov, assistant of the Department of Theory and Technology of Social Work of SHI Alina Kogotyzheva, assistant of the Department of Organization of Work with Youth of SHI Zarina Khadzegova.
The Voice of the Generation is the flagship educational project of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) for people aged 23 to 35, aimed at developing the managerial potential of the youth of our country.
The opening ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko. He emphasized that Russia is a country of opportunities, and the main opportunity is the prospect of constant self-development, expansion of scientific, professional, and creative horizons. He also noted that for teachers of higher education, it is development that allows them to remain in the profession.
Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Olga Petrova thanked the first group of teachers who took part in the program this year:
University teachers are not only an intellectual elite that creates the foundation of scientific knowledge, but also those who educate become the right value guide for students, a navigator who is always ready to respond to requests,
— Olga Petrova emphasized.
The opening ceremony of the program was also attended by the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Ksenia Razuvaeva, deputy director of the ANO «Russia is a Land of Opportunities» Anton Serikov, advisor to the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Madeleine Baturina.
Within a few days, the participants of the first stream visited educational sites that were dedicated to humanitarian knowledge and its role in educating a personality, as well as the integration of teachers into the ecosystem of youth policy projects.
The educational program was aimed at building common approaches to educational work in universities and strengthening the community of teachers. During the four-day educational intensive, we worked in groups, exchanged teaching experience, attended lectures on socio-humanitarian knowledge, went through immersive and contextual games, and also took part in an intellectual quiz,
— said the director of the Center for Sustainable Development Timur Aramisov.
It is planned that this year the program will be held from August to December at the site of the Mashuk Knowledge Center. 1,600 representatives of the teaching staff of universities will take part in it. According to the results of the program, the best participants get into the personnel management reserve of Rosmolodezh and can take part in the implementation of federal projects for youth.
