KBSU Superstudent 2018

On November 22, the long-awaited contest “Long live, student” was held in KBSU in honor of the International Student’s Day, the general theme of which was the multi-faceted world of the film industry.

On the award «Oscar Vivat KBSU» were nominated 7 of the most resourceful, witty, artistic and active members of the student council of the university.

Preparing for the performance, the participants for several weeks, without discontinuing their studies, became artists, directors and scriptwriters, the new format of the competition demanded their absolute universality. And already from “Kinovizitski” it became clear that modern students does not become impoverished on talents.

Each contestant prepared a short film for the screening, took part in an improvisational talk show “A Place in the Sun” and produced “Creative Homework”.

All rooms were original and memorable. So, Irina Bekulova «lit» the hall with the performance of oriental dance. Mohamed Vakashev slain the fans with Elvis Presley’s song “We are the Champions”. Rustam Altuev and his support group played the game in the style of Harripotterians. Rustam Kashezhev made a pantomime in the image of the sad clown Charlie Chaplin. Diana Kashezheva was surprised with his masterly violin playing and rhythmic hip-hop. And the sisters Bosiyev tickled the nerves of the public by staging «From the Crypt.» The experienced stand-uper Martin Afaunov mocked the audience with a story about funny, sometimes awkward situations that anyone can get into.

The competent jury, which included the leaders of youth creative and public organizations of the republic and the university, was very difficult to determine the winner, but had to.

According to the results of the three stages, Diana Kashezheva, a student of the Institute of Physics and Education, became the owner of the cherished statuette. The special prize, in the unanimous opinion of the jury and the audience, rightfully went to the student Rustam Altuev.

All members of the jury unequivocally decided that “Viva, a student” in the updated version was very interesting. Separately, were noted leading — experienced charismatic KVN members Ilyas Musukov and Zurab Hutov. Their pertinent jokes and teasing each other amused the audience.

All participants of the competition were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.
