Master’s student at the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Culture and Sports Education of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov Anastasia Moshura reached the finals of the All-Russian Student Olympiad in Clinical Psychology «Psychology and Medicine» Ryazan State Medical University named after I.P. Pavlov. The Olympiad was held in a distance format in two stages. Over a thousand people took part in the selection round, which involved writing an author’s essay on the problems of clinical psychology, and only a hundred of the best made it to the final part of the Olympiad.

“It was very exciting already at the selection stage. The participants had to formulate the main problems of clinical psychology and substantiate them. Moreover, the volume of the text, according to the terms of the Olympiad, was limited. I have named four problems, in my opinion, the most important. She focused on the problem of the lack of types of psychocorrectional measures and the organization of specialized circles for mentally unhealthy people, which, in combination with drug therapy, would give good dynamics in treatment, “after all, in most cases, mentally ill people are not considered as a person and do not allow them to realize themselves, in connection with which a person «dies» — a quote from my essay. This problem is very important for me, as it finds a response in the activities that I began to engage in with admission to KBSU. This is the study of a relatively new direction of dance movement therapy. It is very interesting for me to develop and develop this type of therapy, since I have been professionally engaged in sports ballroom dancing for 11 years with champions from various regions, including foreign ones, worked as a coach for two years and I know how dance affects the knowledge of oneself, one’s body, emotions, feelings, and also helps to cope with a number of problems, both personal and social, «- said Anastasia Moshura.

According to the results of the qualifying round, 110 people reached the finals, who completed the test tasks. The questions were on clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and also touched upon various areas of psychotherapy. For example, according to the results of the pathological diagnostic report, you need to write the alleged syndrome or, on the diagram of the sagittal section of the brain, name the selected focus of brain damage. “In general, the Olympiad itself is very interesting, each stage is different. The essay helps to expand the boundaries of thinking in the stated direction — clinical psychology, and the testing stage reveals weak points: where it is necessary to replenish knowledge, where to remember, » IPPiFSO KBSU direction of training «Psychological and pedagogical education», master’s program «Psychological and pedagogical support of inclusive education.» Note that the scientific article by Anastasia Moshura «Dance and movement therapy as a method of reducing psycho-emotional stress in children with disabilities» was selected for participation in the X Moscow International Scientific and Practical Student Conference «Disease and Healthy Lifestyle» in memory of Associate Professor Galina Alekseevna Adashinskaya, which will take place on December 10 at the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov. At the moment, the organizers of the Olympiad are summing up the results of the final stage of the competition, the results will be announced on December 15, 2021.
