— Svetlana Khashirova notes.

Director of the Institute of Law, Economics and Finance of KBSU Elena Mashukova believes that getting into the top 507 speaks of the high level of preparation of Aminat Khadzhieva. After all, 24,000 people from 89 regions of Russia and foreign countries applied to participate in the competition.

The «Dreamer Index» competition started on August 15, 2024. For three months, its participants studied, researched and completed practical tasks on the digital platform «Russia — the Land of Opportunities», working with their ideas and dreams.

During the quest «Russia — the Land of Opportunities», they got acquainted with the opportunities for self-realization in Russia and shared their knowledge about them. The «Dream Collider» course, aimed at developing goal-achievement skills, ended with a test on knowledge of the mastered tools. While completing the «Dream Workshop» task, the participants planned and described their first step towards a dream. Each participant was able to carry out a detailed study of their dream (visualization of a dream using artificial intelligence, a story about the possibilities of self-realization in their small homeland, expert self-assessment of the social significance of their dream) together with the program «Another Thing». And within the framework of the Rosmolodezh.Grants competition, participants had the opportunity to develop, defend a social project related to a dream, and receive a grant for its development.

Evaluation of the skills and specific initiatives of participants in using opportunities for personal development in Russia, the ability to motivate and support other people, as well as the desire to transform a dream into a positive and socially significant goal, allowed the participants to accumulate points, on the basis of which the «Dreamer Index» rating was formed, which included 507 people who best completed the tasks on the digital platform.

According to the head of the KBSU CPTI Maryana Marzhokhova, the «Dreamer Index» serves as a platform for future leaders and innovators, showing that dreams can not only be achievable, but also transform into real social changes. The talent management system presented in the competition allows participants to create unique success stories based on their personal achievements and skills.

But the student of the Institute of Economics and Philosophy of KBSU Aminat Khadzhieva took 2nd place in the All-Russian competition of youth author’s projects and projects in the field of education, which was held in the Mashuk Knowledge Center as part of the presidential platform project «Russia — the Country of Opportunities».
